Ingredients:
1 boneless rib-eye steak, cut into strips
Pinch of salt and fresh ground pepper
1 tsp. olive oil
Sauce:
6 Sprigs cilantro
1 Clove garlic, minced
1 lemon
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
Procedure:
1. Season meat with salt and pepper, fry until it's just
browned. Set aside.
2. In a food processor, puree the cilantro with garlic,
salt, lemon juice and olive oil.
3. In the same pan, cook the mixture over medium heat until
heated through, stirring occasionally.
4. Serve.
