Easy Beef Steak
Beef Steak, beef steak, beef steak...just to hear the name its so really inviting. Many ways to prepare a steak, but preferably to do it in a simple way but heavenly delicious. Makes everything easy, preparation no pressure. Try and taste the easy beef steak.
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. beef chuck steak
half large white onion (slice in ring)
coarse black pepper
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
half large fresh lemon
1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 c water
PREPARATION:
1. In a skillet, boil the beef in 1/2 c water together with oil and soy sauce.
2. Heat in medium, dash with black pepper and let it simmer until the sauce thickens.
3. Add in the onions and squeeze on some lemon.
4. Flip the beef side to side,cover and simmer for 2 minutes.
5. Beef steak is ready, serve with hot plain rice.
